Wow, great use of black and white. She looks absolutely bored lol And her dress really caught my eye. Its long, and at the end, its shaped like peacock feathers. It's probably me who only sees that though lol

This is an excellent compostition. It reminds me of Erte. The proportions of the woman are perfect. And it's almost magical how you have captured realism in the face with just a few lines. It feels like it's missing something, though. I wonder why you called it "scarlet wish", because I was thinking if she had bright red hair, this would be outstanding. Black and white with touches of red is very powerful. If she had some fuzzy red slippers, that would be cool too.
I hope you don't mind my suggestions. I wouldn't bother if I didn't really like this.

thanks for the great suggestions actually I called it "Azur II" as it is part of a series
(ahem, well two ) drawings I did on that subject. Scarlet wish being my username ha ha.
